President Ilham Aliyev signs decree on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of Khizi region

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of the country’s Khizi region.

Under the decree, three million manats will be allocated to the Khizi region Executive Authorities for the reconstruction of Khizi-Altiagaj high way, which connects 11 residential areas.
