Azerbaijani President appoints Artur Rasizade Prime Minister

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on Tuesday appointing Artur Rasizade Prime Minister.

The Head of State appointed Artur Rasizade Prime Minister, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of the Article 109 of Azerbaijan's Constitution.

The decree came into force on the date of signing.
