Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva visits several orphanages and Special School of State Border Service in Baku - PHOTOS

Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva has visited the Special School of the State Border Service in Mardakan settlement, Baku.

Mrs. Aliyeva viewed a project of a new building of the school.

The school, which was built on the initiative of Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, will involve the children deprived of parental care and those from the vulnerable families.

Aliyeva was informed that the project included construction of a new 420-seat block.
Leyla Aliyeva toured classrooms and met with pupils.

First Mrs. Aliyeva visited the orphanage No1 in Nizami district.

The Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation met here with orphans and viewed a photo exhibition of children.

Then children were presented with gifts by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva has visited the orphanage No3 in the capital`s Khatai district.

The Vice-president of the Foundation was informed that the facility handles up to 90 children from 3 to 16 ages.
