Azerbaijani chief diplomat to join UN General Assembly’s 68th session

An Azerbaijani delegation headed by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will visit New York on Monday to attend the 68th session of the UN General Assembly.

During the visit, Mammadyarov will take part in debates and hold bilateral meetings.

Mammadyarov is expected to attend a meeting of the GUAM Council of Foreign Ministers.

The 68th session of the UN General Assembly has already begun.
