UK diplomat, CEC official mull coop

Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov has today met British ambassador Peter Bateman. According to the CEC, the British Ambassador was interested in election system of Azerbaijan and the country`s experience in this field.

CEC chairman gave detailed information about requires on holding and organizing of the election in the country.

The embassy expressed his gratitude to CEC chairman for warm reception. They also discussed prospects of cooperation between CEC of Azerbaijan and the British Embassy.
