Azerbaijani President offers condolences to U.S. President

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to U.S. President Barack Obama regarding the tragedy in a school in Newtown, Connecticut.

The letter reads :

'Dear Mr. President,
I was deeply saddened to hear the news of a fatal incident in a school in Newtown, Connecticut state.

I share your grief over the tragedy, and on behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to and wish you, families, relatives of the dead and all people of America patience and endurance.
