Azerbaijan, Georgia mull military cooperation

Georgian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Irakli Alasania yesterday received Azerbaijani ambassador Azer Huseyn.

According to the Azerbaijani Embassy in Georgia, the parties have discussed the prospects of further cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries and the issues of mutual interest.

Ambassador has invited Alasania to visit Baku on behalf of Azerbaijani Defense Minister.

Azerbaijani military attaché in Georgia has attended the meeting.
