National leader Heydar Aliyev`s memory honored abroad

Azerbaijan`s embassy to Mexico has held a commemorative ceremony for national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Members of the Azerbaijani and Turkish communities in Mexico laid a wreath and flowers at a monument to the national leader.

Azerbaijan`s Embassy in the United Arab Emirates has organized an event to commemorate national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The event brought together Azerbaijani Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov, Azerbaijani Consul General in Dubai Parviz Ismayilzade, employees of the consulate and Representative office of the International Bank of Azerbaijan in Dubai.

Delivering a speech in the event, Azerbaijani ambassador Elkhan Gahramanov briefed the participants on the lifetime and activity of Heydar Aliyev. He also spoke of the national leader`s role in strengthening the country`s statehood and restoring the socio-political and economic stability in Azerbaijan.

The event also featured a photo-exhibition and a documentary on national leader Heydar Aliyev`s lifetime and activity.

Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Belarus has arranged a commemorative event for national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The event brought together representatives of the Azerbaijani diplomatic mission in Minsk, intellectuals, members of the Diaspora organizations, students and journalists.

Delivering a speech in the event, Azerbaijani ambassador to Belarus Isfandiyar Vahabzade briefed the participants on the lifetime and activity of Heydar Aliyev. He also spoke of the national leader`s role in strengthening the country`s statehood and restoring the socio-political and economic stability in Azerbaijan.

The event participants watched a documentary on national leader Heydar Aliyev`s lifetime and activity.

Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Serbia has arranged a commemorative event for national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The event brought together members of the Diaspora organizations, the Azerbaijan-Serbia Commerce and Economic Chamber, Azerbaijan Cultural Centre and journalists.

The event participants also visited the Tashmaidan Park to lay flowers at a monument to Azerbaijan`s national leader, founder and architect of modern Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev.

Azerbaijan`s Embassy in China has arranged a commemorative event for national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Prior to the event, participants laid flowers at a bust to the national leader. Opening the event, Azerbaijani ambassador Latif Gandilov spoke about national leader Heydar Aliyev`s great efforts to strengthen the state independence of Azerbaijan.

The event participants viewed an exhibition of books dedicated to national leader Heydar Aliyev. They also watched a documentary on national leader Heydar Aliyev`s lifetime and activity.

The event brought together Turkish and Tajik ambassadors to China, Ukrainian chargé d'affaires, counselors of Russian, Iranian, Uzbek and Kyrgyz embassies, as well as Azerbaijani students and businessmen.

Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Tajikistan has organized an event commemorating national leader Heydar Aliyev. Addressing the event, Azerbaijani ambassador Abbasali Hasanov briefed the event participants on the lifetime and activity of the national leader.

The event brought together state and government officials, MPs, heads of diplomatic corps accredited in Tajikistan, journalists and members of the Azerbaijani community.
