Azerbaijani embassy in Egypt appeals to compatriots

 “The Azerbaijani embassy in Egypt along with its staff is continuing its work in an ordinary routine,” First Secretary of the Azerbaijani embassy in Egypt Elnur Ismayilov told media.

According to him, the embassy didn’t receive any appeals from Azerbaijanis: “If it happens, as always, the embassy is ready to help the citizens of its country.”

He also noted that about 70 Azerbaijani citizens have been registered at the consular section of the embassy. According to him, it does not cover the number of all Azerbaijanis living in Egypt. “We recommend the citizens of Azerbaijan to apply for registration at the Azerbaijan’s embassy so that we could provide all kinds of assistance to them if necessary,” Ismayilov said.
