Azerbaijan to join meeting of CIS Defense Ministers` Council

Azerbaijan`s defense minister, colonel-general Safar Abiyev has today left for Moscow to attend a regular meeting of the Council of CIS Defense Ministers.

The meeting will focus on the state of military cooperation within the CIS and events planned for 2013. The bilateral military cooperation plans are also expected to be signed with the CIS countries for the next year.
