Azerbaijan, Iran may conduct joint exercises

Iranian and Azerbaijani border guards have today signed a cooperation agreement, the Iranian news channel IRINN reported today.

The document was signed in the Iranian city of Ardabil. The contract envisages holding the joint exercises in the border areas.

The Azerbaijani State Border Service has not disseminated the official information yet.
