Azerbaijan, Pakistan eye cooperation

 Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has today met with a delegation led by MP of Pakistani Parliament`s National Assembly Maulana Fazal-ur-Rahman.

They spoke of the cooperation between the Azerbaijani and Pakistani parliaments and its contribution to the mutual relations. The Azeri Minister thanked Fazal-ur-Rahman for recognition of the Khojaly genocide by the Pakistani parliament.

The meeting also featured discussions on islamophobia trends in the world and significance of development of dialogue among Muslim countries. They also stressed the necessity of expanding bilateral ties between the two countries in various fields.
