Next BSEC Council of FMs meeting set for December 15

The 27th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) will be held on December 15, BSEC Secretary General Victor Tvircun told journalists in Baku on Tuesday.

According to Tvircun, the meeting will discuss prospects of organization development, including the passing of organization presidency to Ukraine. In January 2013, chairmanship of the organization will pass from Turkey to Ukraine. Ukraine will accept the chaimanship during this meeting.

Tvircun said that a meeting of transport ministers will be held on November 28 in the Turkish city of Izmir. A declaration will be adopted on the results of the meeting.
