Pakistani MPs arrive in Azerbaijan

The delegation led by Maulana Fazlur Rahman, chairman of the Special Committee of the Parliament on Kashmir has started its visit to Azerbaijan. APA reports that the delegation visited the grave of Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor and Alley of Martyrs. Fazlur Rahman told journalists that they would discuss the Kashmir and Nagorno Karabakh conflict at the meetings to be held at the Azerbaijani Parliament today.
 
The chairman of the committee said that, Pakistan has always supported Azerbaijan’s position on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and would continue to support. “One of the reasons of our visit is to discuss Kashmir problem. We want the Muslim world, including Azerbaijan to support Pakistan in this issue. At the same time, we will also hold discussions on Nagorno Karabakh occupied by Armenia. We will discuss the further steps of Azerbaijan and Pakistan on the Kashmir and Nagorno Karabakh conflict.”

The delegation will also meet with the members of the Azerbaijan-Pakistan interparliamentary friendship group at the Azerbaijani Parliament.
