Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Founder and Director of the International Dialogue for Environmental Action (IDEA) global initiative Leyla Aliyeva has today met Regional Director of World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe Zsuzsanna Jakab.

They hailed the projects implemented in Azerbaijan as part of IDEA. They noted there were good opportunities for further development of the bilateral relations between IDEA and WHO.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of "Green Week" international project, implemented by IDEA in collaboration with UNEP.

They also exchanged views on future projects.

Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Founder and Director of the International Dialogue for Environmental Action (IDEA) global initiative Leyla Aliyeva has today met Regional Director of World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in the Caucasus Giorgi Sanadiradze.

The meeting was held as part of the international project "Green Week", co-implemented by IDEA and UNEP. They stressed importance of the implemented project by the initiative of IDEA and hailed the progress achieved in the relevant direction.

Leyla Aliyeva briefed Giorgi Sanadiradze on the progress achieved in the fields of protection of environment and endangered species adding that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to the ecological projects and programs.

They exchanged views on further development of the bilateral relations and implementation of future projects.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of "Green Week" international project, implemented by IDEA in collaboration with UNEP.

They stressed importance of the project and discussed the issues of further development of the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and UNEP, and joint implementation of several programs and projects on environmental protection in the future.
