
Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov yesterday met with his Russian counterpart Grigori Karasin in Moscow. Actual problems of bilateral relations and cooperation within international organizations were discussed during the meeting.
The sides also discussed the situation of the implementation of the decisions of the third Caspian Summit which was held in 2010 in Baku.
The Deputy Foreign Ministers expressed importance of the preparation of the next meeting of the special working group, at the level of deputy foreign ministers on “The Convention on legal status of the Caspian Sea” in Ashgabat.
Special Representative of the President of Russia on the delimitation and demarcation of the state border with CIS neighboring countries Igor Bratchik also attended the meeting.
