President Ilham Aliyev holds several meetings - UPDATE - PHOTOS

President Ilham Aliyev today received the Chilean delegation led by chairman of the Chamber of Deputies’ committee, head of the Chile-Azerbaijan friendship group Enrique Accorsi.

Head of Azerbaijani state noted importance of participation of the delegation of Chile at the II Baku International Humanitarian Forum, underlining that the visit would give impulse to development of bilateral relations. The President also stressed existence of larger potential to expand bilateral ties between Azerbaijan and Chile.

Enrique Accorsi said the delegation comprises representatives of all political parties. He also mentioned the perfectly sensible speech of Azerbaijani President he gave at the Humanitarian Forum. At his words, the Forum will make huge contribution to ensure peace and mutual understanding over the world.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today received the delegation led by Mario Jaime Trob, Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Deputies of Chamber of Representatives of Uruguay, the head of the Uruguay-Azerbaijan friendship group.

Head of the Azerbaijani State noted significance of the Uruguayan delegation’s visit to Azerbaijan to boost bilateral relations.

The countries experience rise of development of bilateral relations, the President stressed, also underlining necessity of intensification of these ties to expand relations. The head of state noted that the inter-parliamentary ties have great role in this. The President stressed importance of reciprocal visits at numerous levels in expansion of bilateral relations.

The head of state said the visit would certainly be a great success and serve the cause of bilateral relations.

Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Deputies of Chamber of Representatives of Uruguay Mario Jaime Trob introduced members of the delegation to the Azerbaijani President, noting that the visit is the indicator of interest of his country to expand bilateral relations with Azerbaijan.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received a delegation led by head of the Azerbaijan-Argentina friendship group at the Argentine Chamber of Deputies Roberto Mario Mouilleron.

They stressed the importance of Baky International Humanitarian Forum, expressing confidence it will contribute to developing global humanitarian cooperation.

They praised the Azerbaijan-Argentina relations, saying they were developing in all areas, including in the political, economic and cultural ones.

They also emphasized the importance of interparliamentary cooperation, and said reciprocal visits contributed to developing the bilateral relations.
