Parliamentary elections held in Georgia were well-organized and transparent, Azerbaijani Central Election Commission Chairman Mazahir Panahov told journalists on Wednesday.
Voters were active in the elections, Panahov said.
He said the opposition bloc reached certain advantage in the end.
"During the elections, we did not see the facts causing some concern," Panahov said.
