'ADA will strengthen Azerbaijan’s position on int'l arena'

Former president of Kyrgyz Republic Roza Otunbayeva visited the Diplomatic Academy of Azerbaijan.

Rector of ADA, deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan Hafiz Pashayev informed the guest on history, activity and international ties of the Academy.

The Academy, established under the Azerbaijani President’s decree, prepares professional diplomats and carries out scientific researches involving also students from 19 foreign countries. The Academy also implements MA programs on “International relations and diplomacy”.

The new building of Academy was built on US EYP Company’s design on modern standards and equipped with latest technological facilities.

Having acquainted with the conditions created in the Academy, Roza Otunbayeva said the diplomatic Academy will promote to gain success in foreign policy. “Diplomacy decisive role in foreign policy”, Otunbayeva stressed. “The Academy will strengthen Azerbaijan’s position on international arena either, Otunbayeva added.
