Latvian president:'We should refrain from large-scale military trainings in the region'

Latvian President Andris Berzins has urged the international community to do best for solving international conflicts.

Pointing out to long lasting conflicts in Europe, Berzins said: “We remain concerned over escalating clashes in Karabakh. We should pay more attention to these conflicts. We should refrain from large-scale military trainings in this region.”
