Azeri MP honored with TURKSOY award

TURKSOY and Ipekyolu Association have honored Member of Azerbaijan`s parliament Ganira Pashayeva with an award for her services to the Turkish world. Pashayeva will receive the award at the 10th International Golden Persons of the Year award-giving ceremony.

The editor-in-chief of Ipekyolu magazine Seyfullah Turksoy said the event, which brought together officials, politicians, businessmen, was aimed at encouraging successful services under “Unity in language, thought and action” motto.

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag, Culture and Tourism Minister Ertogrul Gunay, Macedonian State Minister Hadi Nezir, Chief Delegate of Turkey in PACE Mevlut Cavusoglu were among those who were awarded.
