Frozen conflicts to be focus of Baku int'l conference

Baku will host international conference with participation of representatives from GUAM PA, Baltic Assembly, Benelux Parliament and Vychegda Summit. The aim of the event is to boost cooperation among the four structures and discuss resolution of the frozen conflicts. Chief of Azerbaijani delegation in GUAM PA Elton Mammadov said the issues on energy, science and education, realization of Nabucco project will be in the focus of meeting.
