Vietnam attaches importance to cooperation with Azerbaijan

Chief of foreign relations department of Vietnam Communist Party Vuong Thua Phong, who arrived in Baku to attend the conference entitled “Modernize policy: new economic and social challenges” has met today with Deputy Chairman and Executive Secretary of New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Ali Ahmadov.

Mr. Ahmadov said such visits will play an important role in expanding relations between the two nations. He said people of Azerbaijan express deep respect to Vietnamese people. Mr. Phong praised the conference in establishing relations between the two countries. He said the government of Vietnam attaches great importance to cooperation with Azerbaijan. The sides also exchanged views on reciprocal visits, international cooperation and relations between the parties.
