10 singers apply for national selection of "Eurovision 2012"

Azerbaijan Public Television, broadcaster of Eurovision Song Contest in Azerbaijan, started Eurovision 2012 national selection on October 15.

Public Television’s official for public relations and monitoring Tahir Mammadov said that 10 singers have already applied to attend the national selections. Two of them – Adil Bakhishli and Altun Zeynalov are participants of the last year national selections.

The singers, above 16, who rely on own talent and professionalism, can apply for Eurovision national selection. The participants of the contest should perform good vocal, dancing and scene abilities. The applications will be received at the Public Television’s office until October 25. To keep transparency and objectiveness during the national selection, along with the professional jury, the public opinion will also be learned.
