Azerbaijani cartoonist to participate at International Animation and Cartoon Forum

The International Animation and Cartoon Forum will be held in Beijing, China on September 25 to October 3.

Azerbaijani cartoonist Seyran Caferli will represent Azerbaijan in the Forum. The forum members will discuss outstanding tasks for the World Cartoon Websites Federation.

The forum aims to conduct cartoonists` exhibitions, protect their rights, and create relations among cartoonists.
