Azerbaijan to be represented in International Theatre Festival in Belarus

A troupe of Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theatre after Samad Vurgun will attend the 16th International Theatre Festival “Belaya Veja-2011” in Brest, Belarus on September 9-11.

The festival will be held under the motto “Vremya lyubit!” (“Time to love!”) .
According to press service of the theatre, the troupe will perform a play “Star, love and wine” by People`s Writer Elchin.

The annual International theatre festival "Belaya Veja" has been conducted in the city of Brest since 1996 to present art of national theatres from various countries of the world.

For fifteen years creative companies from 53 countries have taken part in the festival, representing different genres.
