Azerbaijani ballet star admitted to company of Prague State Opera

In early June, Azerbaijani ballet star Ulvi Azizov was admitted to the company of the Prague State Opera as a leading actor.

His first performance will be ballet "Giselle" where he will play Albert.

The Prague State Opera's stage has hosted performances of artists and musicians such as Enrico Caruso, Beniamino Gigli, Gustav Mahler, Lilli Lehmann, Alexander Zemlinsky, George Sell, Richard Strauss.

Note that Ulvi Azizov is the only Azerbaijani dancer worging in Europe and performing in the most prestigious ballet stages.
