A colorful summer exhibition has opened at Gallery named after Vajia Samadova in Baku.

The exhibition, inspired by the hottest season of the year, features 150 paintings, drawings, photographs, dolls, installations, glass painting, patchwork and even metal works by more than 50 authors.

The event is organized by the Association of Creative Women with support of the Azerbaijani Union of Artists.

Head of the Association of Creative Women Afag Huseynova, in her interview with Trend Life, spoke about the exhibition and the activities of her organization.

"The Association of Creative Women is a non – governmental organization which operates since 1999. Our Association annually hosts many exhibitions, implementing various art projects", she said.

The Association is open for women of all ages, she noted.

Despite the fact that, the exhibition presents works by members of the Association of Creative Women, here also you can see the works of representatives of the stronger sex.

Each work is filled with sunlight and bright colors. They are all created with great love, positive energy and warmth.

The exhibition will last one week.
