Azerbaijan to join Art Shopping festival

Azerbaijan will join the Art Shopping Festival to be held in Paris on October 21-23, Azertac reported.

Twice a year, the Art Shopping trade show is held in the Carrousel du Louvre and offers a selection of works to both see and purchase. More than 450 artists and galleries will present their works of contemporary art.

Azerbaijan will be represented by Turan Art Studio during this year’s show.

Twenty-seven works by talented artists, including Turan Mukhtarzade , Ellada Ismayilova, Aida Aghayeva, Fidan Zeynalova and others will be on display at the festival.

Turan Mukhtarzade, the head of the art studio will showcase such works as "Narghile", "The portrait of the artist" and "Sadness".

The artist is a member of Artists' Union of UNESCO.

Previously, Turan Art Studio represented Azerbaijan at the 10th festival of Vera World Fine Art, Moscow.

The Studio, which participated in the festival with 4 artists, became the winner in nomination "New look".
