Famous Russian designer to open Azerbaijan Fashion Week

For the first time the celebrity Russian designer, Igor Chapurin, will show his collection in Baku, in the framework of the Azerbaijan Fashion Week, held between November 30 and December 4.

The Russian designer will open the first day of the fashion show, to be held at the Ballroom of Boulevard Hotel at 20:00.

During the four-day show, the audience will have the opportunity to see the collections both of national and international brands such as Libas Couture, Leyla Ahmadova, Samidel, Alena Serebrova, Math Homme, Datuna, Ugly, Salle de Mode, Bernard Chandra.

The second day of Azerbaijan Fashion Week will be highlighted by mono show of famous Spanish brand Rosa Clara.

Art show by Leyla Akhmedova “ Heritage of Azerbaijan” will be held at 19.00 on December 3.

Azerbaijan Fashion Week runway shows will close the fashion show of famous French designer - Bernard Chandra.

M.A.C Cosmetics will provide make up services. The famous companies make up artists have a wide backstage and fashion collaborations experience on the main Fashion Weeks all over the world.

M.A.C has a wide geographical presence of its stores in Russia & CIS region, since 2013 the brand opened four stores in Azerbaijan.

The stylists of the renowned French brand Ambassade dela Beaute, opened in Baku in 2010, will make the hairstyle of models at the Fashion Week.

Ambassade de la Beaute which has the beauty centers in New York, Milano, Paris, and Hong Kong is an active participant of Fashion Weeks in Milano and Paris. In October 2015 Ambassade de la Beaute took over the backstage of Arab Fashion Week held in Dubai.

Azerbaijan Fashion Week is held twice a year- May and November, and attended by influential fashion-industry experts.

The main purpose of the Fashion Week is to highlight the growing fashion industry in Azerbaijan and create the opportunity for the talented designers to showcase their potential.
