Azerbaijani DJ to compete at world championship

Azerbaijani DJ will participate in the world championship which will be held in Chicago on September 24-29. The contest of selection for participation in the world championship was held in Baku on August 11 between Azerbaijan’s 8 best DJs. DJ Apple, DJ Ayzk, DJ Ed, DJ Flor, DJ Narosh, DJ Pancho, DJ Seym and DJ Twist were among the participators.

The participators were assessed on 4 categories - track selection, technique, creativity and skill to “inflame the crowd”. They showed 15-minute set consisting of 3 musical styles.

Dj Ed took the third place, DJ Flor – second place and Dj Twist – first place. Dj Twist will represent Azerbaijan in the world championship in Chicago.
