Huseyn Javid 's 130th jubilee marked in Turkey

The Huseyn Javid Home-Museum of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and the Turkish-Azerbaijani Circle in Istanbul have organized an event marking the 130th anniversary of Azerbaijani writer.

According to Home-Museum, the ceremony saw speeches by director of the Huseyn Javid Home-Museum Gulbaniz Babakhanli, director of ANAS Central Scientific Library Aybaniz Aliyeva-Kangarli, chairman of the Turkish-Azerbaijani Circle Safar Garagoyunlu and others.

The speakers provided information on Huseyn Javid`s life and creative activity and works done for the Turkic World.

Gulbaniz Babakhanli has presented 5-volume complete works of Huseyn Javid to the Turkish-Azerbaijani Circle.

Participants have been invited to attend international conference to be held in Azerbaijan`s capital Baku on occasion of Huseyn Javid`s 130th anniversary.
