Moscow will host Muslim Magomaev Int'l Vocalists Contest

The 2nd Muslim Magomaev International Vocalists Contest will take place in October in Moscow. Leading opera singers, pop music stars, conductors of music theatres, recognized maestros of pop art and mass culture of different countries as well as representatives of international production companies are invited to jury of the II Muslim Magomaev International Vocalists Contest.

The Contest will take place for two days and will be covered by Russian and international media and TV. The Contest will be held on the Crocus City Hall stage accompanied by symphony orchestra. Only live singing and orchestral accompaniment are compulsory for all contest performances; any phonogram is excluded completely.

Contest performances are structured as a great show combined by common directing with specially prepared author scenography. The Contest is a forum for musicians from different countries, schools and styles, experience and mastery exchange, discussion around vocal art further development.

The Contest is a competitive show for vocal singers capable to demonstrate their abilities, talent and mastery in performing both classic and popular repertoire.
