Azerbaijan`s writer awarded

The Chairman of Azerbaijan Writers` Union, popular writer Anar was awarded with a diploma and medal on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan`s independence. Kazakh ambassador to Azerbaijan Serik Primbetov presented a diploma and jubilee medal to the writer.

He said Anar was awarded with these prizes for his contribution to developing and strengthening of Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan relations. Ambassador said in accordance with a decree of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, this award was also presented to Azerbaijan`s FM Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister of emergencies Kamaladdin Heydarov and Minister of industry and energy Natig Aliyev. Anar expressed his gratitude to Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and told of his recent visit to miraculous Astana city.
