Azerbaijan develops bill on licenses and permits

A unified system of legal regulation of licensing and permits can be created in Azerbaijan to serve for business development and further improvement of a favorable business environment in the country, head of business development policies of the Ministry of Economic Development Zaur Gasimov told Trend.

"A draft law on the Licenses and Permits has been developed to regulate this sphere in accordance with the decree of the President of Azerbaijan," Gasimov said. The bill will provide the basic criteria that are determined to types of business activities requiring licenses and permits, improved access to information about procedures for obtaining permits for certain types of businesses.
