Ukraine to repay debt to Azerbaijan Airlines

Ukraine will allot budget funds to replenish the charter capital of budget holders for holding events, including the repayment of debts of the Kharkov State Aircraft Manufacturing Company to JSC Azerbaijan Airlines, RBC Ukraine reported.

The action is taken under the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ¹ 1214, dated November 30, 2011, to amend the procedure for using the funds provided by the state budget to supplement the charter capital of state enterprises of aviation industry.

According to the amendments made to paragraph four of the relevant order, public funds are directed to the completion of the charter capital budget holders for holding events, including the repayment of debts of the Kharkov State Aircraft Manufacturing Company to Azerbaijan Airlines and the implementation of costs associated with implementation of the relevant contracts.
