Azerbaijan, Hungary agree on coop

Azerbaijan and Hungary have reached an initial agreement for the signing of an intergovernmental pact on cooperation in social insurance and pension sphere.A Memorandum of Understanding was inked between the Azerbaijani State Social Protection Fund and Hungarian Central Administration for National Pension Insurance.

The agreement was reached during the visit of Chairman of the Azerbaijani State Social Protection Fund Salim Muslumov to Hungary. During his visit, Muslumov met with Director Generalof Hungarian Central Administration for National Pension Insurance József Mészáros, Director of Central Pension Accounting and Information Office Molnár Márta and Chief Consultant of the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority Jozsef Banyar.

They discussed pension and social systems of the two countries, conducted an exchange of information and opinions and negotiations of experts. Muslumov also met with co-chairwoman of the Joint Intergovernmental Committee on Azerbaijani-Hungarian Economic Relations Roza Nagy.
