Seminar on state procurement organized in Baku

A seminar entitled “State Procurement in the European Union directives” took place in Azerbaijan`s capital.The seminar was held at initiative of the State Procurement Agency of Azerbaijan Republic (SPA) and the program – Support for Improvement in Governance and Management (SIGMA).

The seminar conducted by representative of SPA Elshad Samadzade and senior advisor of SIGMA Daniel Ivarsson. The event also saw presentation on implementation of state procurement principles. The participants shared views on relevant themes.
