Azerbaijani parliament to approve draft state budget for 2012

The Azerbaijani Parliament plans to approve the draft state budget for 2012 on Dec. 6, parliament speaker Oktay Asadov said yesterday. The Azerbaijani Parliament completed discussing the draft state budget, the consolidated budget, the concept of socio-economic development for 2012 and the next three years.

"The Azerbaijani government will consider MPs' proposals, made during the discussions, within 10 days," speaker said. About 60 MPs expressed their proposals.The revenues of the state budget for 2012 are predicted at 16.436.4 billion manat, expenses - 16. 984.4 billion manat, the deficit - 548 billion manat (1.3 percent of GDP).
