Average cost per square meter in Baku's new buildings announced

NGO "Participants of the Property Market" announced the results of the monitoring of Baku's primary housing market in September 2011.

The monitoring results showed that 152 construction companies carried out construction of 424 buildings in Baku as of late September.

The average price of apartments in new buildings amounted to $ 837 per square meter in September. However, the organization noted a greater demand in the apartments cost $ 500 -$700 per square meter.
