Cargo and passenger transportation via motor transport rises 4% and 7% in Azerbaijan

168.3 mln tons of cargo and 1.2 bln passengers have been transported via motor transport in January-October, 2011, up 3.7% and 7.3% compared to a year earlier.

Note that, 40 mln tons of cargo was transported via Eurasian Transport Corridor in January-September. The income from cargo and passenger transportation via the corridor amounted to AZN 324.1 mln.
