
Today, the first meeting of Azerbaijan-Serbia Intergovernmental Commission on trade-economic cooperation was held in Belgrade. Co-chairmen of the commission are Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev and Serbia FM Vuk Yeremich.
A protocol was signed in accordance with results of the meeting by Shahin Mustafayev and Vuk Yeremich. “We thank Serbia for supporting Azerbaijan’s position on territorial integrity adn regulationof Nagorno karabakh conflict. At the same time, we support Serbia in regulation of Kosovo conflict“, said S. Mustafayev.
Yeremich called Azerbaijan as Serbia’s nearest partner in political and economic sphere. He noted that, this meeting would support the development of economic cooperation between two countries: “Serbia interests in cooperation with Azerbaijan in construction, pharmacology, agriculture and energy spheres”.
Note that, today, Azerbaijan-Serbia business-forum will be held in Belgrade. 200 representatives of two countries will attend the forum.
