Azerbaijani Chamber of Accounts expands international relations

The Azerbaijani Chamber of Accounts considers possible cooperation with relevant authorities of several European and Asian countries, the Chamber Chairman Heydar Asadov's article on official press says on Tuesday.

"Since its establishment, over 10 years, Azerbaijani Chamber of Accounts pays special attention to establishing international bilateral business relations," Asadov said.

He said the Chamber of Accounts signed agreements on bilateral cooperation with higher institutions of financial control of the UK, Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, Kuwait, Russian Federation, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus. In addition, the professional relations have been established with higher institutions of financial control of the Czech Republic, Estonia and Moscow.

"Today possible cooperation with relevant agencies of a number of European and Asian countries is considered," Asadov said.

The Azerbaijani Chamber of Accounts is a member of the international organization of supreme audit institutions INTOSAI, EUROSAI, ASOSAI and ECOSAI.
