Azerbaijan Railways switched to strengthening working regime due to Gurban holiday

Due to Gurban holiday, Passenger Transportation Department of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC has switched to strengthening working regime, chief of press secretariat Nadir Ezmammadov said.

“Our citizens prefer the services of railway transportation as a comfortable and suitable transportation method. That is why, in connection with Gurban holiday, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC has switched to strengthening working regime”.

Ezmammadov also noted that in order to partially eliminate passenger density, extra train had been added in direction of Baku-Boyuk Kasik on November 4, 5, 7, 8.

Besides, depending on the density of passenger, each day 10-15, sometimes 20-30 additional wagons will be connected to passenger trains: “We once more, bring to the attention of passengers that, ticket sale is realized 10 days beforehand”.
