Economic growth makes 0.5% in Azerbaijan

AZN 34.583 bln-GDP was produced in January-September, 2011, up 0.5% from year earlier. According to State Statistical Committee, per head GDP made AZN 3,827.2.

AZN 18.3 bln-value added or 52.8% of GDP remained in industrial spheres, AZN 2.3 bln (6.6%) – in agriculture, AZN 2.6 bln (7.5%) – in construction complex, AZN 2 bln (5.7%) – in transport, AZN 2.9 bln (8.5%) in trade and paid services, AZN 599.4 mln (1.7%) – in communication, AZN 3.8 bln (11%) – in other spheres. 6.2% or AZN 2.2 bln of GDP made net taxes for products excluding subsidies.

Note that, AZN 17.416 bln or 50.4% of GDP came from oil, AZN 17.167 bln or 49.6% - from non-oil sector.
