Prognosis: Azerbaijan to see 4.8% decline in Inflation in 2015

This year prices of consumer goods and services are expected to increase by 9.8% compared to 2010, it was stated in “State and consolidated draft budgets of Azerbaijan for 2012” published by the Finance Ministry.

The document notes that according to prognoses prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development, the inflation is expected to be 6% in Azerbaijan, 5% in 2013, 5.3% in 2014, 4.8% in 2015.

Note that, IMF forecasts inflation in Azerbaijan for 2011 as 10.3%. But ADB forecasts it as 7.5%.
