Foundation of SOCAR’s Oil Refinery Plant to be laid in Turkey at the end of this month

All important works on construction of Oil Refinery Plant in Turkey by the State Oil Company were completed, project and feasibility study developed, said the SOCAR President Rovnag Abdulayyev.

According to him, the talks are being held, financial issues discussed.

“At the end of October, it’s planned to hold groundbreaking ceremony. After four years, the plant will be come on stream”, he added.
