State internet providers decrease tariffs by 40% in Azerbaijan

Aztelekom and Bakinternet Companies have announced the decrease of tariffs from October 1, 2011.
According to Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies, the tariffs were decreased by the 25-50% (average 40%).
