Batumi hosted the Georgian-Bulgarian business forum, which was attended by Bulgarian Economy Minister and representatives of 15 major Bulgarian companies.
Georgian Finance Minister and members of Adjara Government familiarized guests with Georgia’s economic and investment potential.
"The forum aims at deepening business and trade relations between the two countries. Bilateral business meetings were held between the Georgian and Bulgarian businessmen after official introductions," Adjaran Deputy Finance and Economy Minister Grigol Tsamalashvili said.
The Bulgarian delegation arrived in Batumi on Sept. 19. The guests were taken around the old Batumi and Justice House. They visited the "Sarpi" border control zone and economic clearance zone in Adlia during the forum.
