AMF to hold placement of next tranche bonds on September 15

On September 15, 2011 next auction on placement interest-bearing registered secured bonds of “Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund” (AMF) will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The bonds will be put up to sale with the 100.5083% price. The maturity date is December 11, 2017. Note that, State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry shares of AMF on November 19, 2010. The volume of the issue is AZN 60,000,000, face value – AZN 1,000 and YTM – 3%.

Placement of bonds was started on January 17, 2011 and AZN 47 mln-bonds have been placed so far.
